Music Festival Regulations Site Rules and Regulations:
Gates open at 10:00 a.m. All guests carrying items into the festival grounds will be SUBJECT TO SEARCH at the entrance gate. Guests will be issued a wristband on entry and will be allowed to leave the site and re-enter throughout the day with the band affixed to wrist. The following site restrictions apply:


  • Factory sealed plastic type beverage containers (up to 1-gallon size) 
  •  Paper or Plastic cups with permitted beverage 
  •  Cloth bags, Soft Packs preferred 
  •  Food (pre-sliced fruits and vegetables preferred) 
  •  Binoculars 
  •  Folding Chairs, Seat Cushions 
  •  Umbrellas (as small as possible) 
  •  Tents in designated areas only. Be considerate of guest around you.
  • Tents, tarps and umbrellas can obstruct the view of people sitting behind you.


  • Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.
  • Glass bottles or aluminum.
  • All ice shests, coolers of any kind.
  • Recording devices or professional cameras.
  • Bota bags or wine skins.
  • Frisbees or novelty flying discs.
  • Firearms or other weapons.
  • Bullhorns or noisemakers.
  • Confetti.
  • Laser pointers will be confiscated and the subject ejected.
  • Saving seats or areas on the hill.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the festival grounds. Pets must be attended and kept on a leash at SolVista at all times (outside the festival). Pets left unattended or in vehicles will be reported to Animal Control and owners are subject to fines. Pet owners on-site should be encouraged to clean up after their pets as in any park.
